Here's what other women have to say about Quick Defense:

"Who would have thought a self defense course could be so useful! I was having so much fun that I didn't realize how much I had learned. It all came together for me when we were pursued by an unrelenting padded attacker. Although it was a simulation, it started to seem real when he wouldn't let go until we properly defended ourselves."
Karrie Lawlor, project manager

"Taking the course did wonders for the confidence in my abilities, should the need arise, to protect myself and my loved ones. My job requires that I am out on my own, alone, but the intense training involved in the Quick Defense Program insures that I never go out unarmed."- Sally Milian, engineer
